Health is the most valuable asset you will ever have

Listen, I won’t fuck around on this article. You’ve probably heard this, but: if someone offered you $100,000,000 right now but you won’t wake up tomorrow, you’d tell them to fuck off, right?

You think you’re living to 100? Do you know someone your age who died? If you’re 30, I know you do. I know way too many. Not just car crashes, accidents, or drug overdoses. Cancers, heart attacks, strokes, random other deaths, and COVID. It was fucking horrific and tragic in NY.

Every time someone I know, one of my friends or family members die I feel guilty that I didn’t write this guide or share this information with them. I’m sick of that and so here it is. This is your guide if you don’t want to die but also want to live an incredibly healthy and energetic life.

Yeah. Well I’m writing this guide to offer you more tomorrows and better tomorrows.

When I started doing the things I’m going to teach you here, I had some crazy things happen to my body:

  • I used to get tired after lunch. Randomly tired. Never happened again. I’m not even tired at night, I just go to bed and close my eyes and go to sleep; when I occasionally stay up till the sunrise, I’m not tired – my energy goes (till about 9am)
  • The whole day feels different. People always ask how I do all the things I do every day. By being healthy. That’s how.
  • I was overweight and quickly lost 45lbs. My doctor thought I had cancer at my next check up. Nope, just accidentally lost 45lbs and went down to my ideal weight.
  • I never get bloated, never fart, never get random joint/muscle pain.

So what am I going to teach you? Three simple things:

  • Nutrition (this is the biggest one so let’s start here and then we’ll do the easy ones)
  • Sleep (this is the easiest)
  • Motion (you lazy fucks)

Optimal Nutrition for Humans

Bold claim, so let’s get into it. First off, if you live in the US like I do, I’m sorry fam. It’s hard. Our food sucks. Even our fruits and vegetables suck and are laden with pesticides and chemicals. Did you see that Ohio train collision
